Information

A fanweek lasts for a seven day period. Each day features various prompts that you can use, combine, and/or interpret to your liking!

You can pick one prompt a day, do several, combine various prompts into only one work, skip days, or post every day! This event is for you to be creative without pressuring yourself!Questions regarding the event can be asked via twitter or email.

What content is permitted?

We welcome fan creations featuring all 53 characters in VCraft Enchanted.ALL types of fanwork are welcome! Digital, traditional, fanfiction, cosplays, crafts, clips/edits, toploader decos, nail art, games, etc.! If you can create it, it's welcome here. Please note that AI-generated works are banned.This is a Safe-For-Work event; no NSFW/R-18 is allowed. We allow shipping, and fanwork about darker/mature topics, as long as they have clear tags. Any preview images on Twitter must be safe for work.We understand that it can be hard to separate the vtuber from the character, especially if you are for example decorating a cheki toploader or clipping VODs. However, we ask that you do your best to keep it focused on the VCraft Enchanted RP characters, rather than the vtubers playing them.Not a fanwork creator? That's okay! Enjoy everyone's content, but remember to be respectful when interacting with any content/creator!

Please follow the wishes of each individual vtuber when it comes to tagging your work. When in doubt, do not use official tags and stick to fanmade ones.Have fun! = These guidelines apply to all works that contain content regarding official characters. “Derivative works activities” applies to work that contains official content but is counted as original due to added creativity. Refer to the official guide for examples and extras.
Article 2 (Persons Subject of these Guidelines)
= These guidelines apply to derivative work activities for legal entities worldwide and this also applies to copyright holders.
Article 3 (General Rules)
= Make sure to read and agree to the guidelines prior to publicising any derivative works. Remember to follow the general manners that already exist in the fan work creation community.
Article 4 (Use Conditions)
= Respect the activities of the fan community and the rights of others. Refrain from making content that may be confused with official products. Do not create derivative works to advertise another business. Similarly, do not create derivative works that go against the points listed in the official guideline. Refer to Article 6 for the monetization of derivative works.
Article 5 (Use of Derivative Works by our Company)
= Upon publicising derivative works, you will have given approval to the company and third parties designated by the company to use the works for streams, SNS, etc as well as the official distribution of the work, etc.
Article 6 (Regarding Sale)
= If there are derivative works within your interest, you may sell them. However, this may not exceed fan activities. It is up to the company to decide whether or not the act of sales falls under business activities based on production volume, sales price, characteristics, etc. 3D objects that have official characters or illustrations related to them may only be sold at events that are granted the right to display/sell these items.
Article 7 (Other Matters)
= Guideline details may change without prior notice therefore it is important to confirm the details upon carrying out derivative works activities. The company is not responsible for damages resulting from guideline revisions. Similarly, the company is not responsible for troubles that arise between you and a third party involving derivative works activities. In the event that the company deems it necessary, user(s) may be requested separately to stop using the content.
